1. Create a Craigslist account.

3. Post a new thread that has a title that is sleazy and will get people to click.
4. Add a link to the website of your choice in your post [you can include a description or something else informative].
NOTE: You’ll find the option at the top of each forum to choose whether you want to see the posts in your city of origin or [ALL] other cities.
By default, [ALL] is selected. This means that anyone in any city will be able to view your thread. Post your thread at a specific time.

Instead, I’d suggest linking to your own domain or a website with quality content that will have your affiliate pages and links. Don’t go overboard.
